A: Simply browse our website, select the toys you’d like to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and receive special offers, but it is not required.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly, usually within 1–4 business days. If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us immediately at info@jackieskid.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Delivery depends on your location:

  • Metro areas: 5–11 business days

  • Regional/rural areas: 6–15 business days

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! All orders are shipped free of charge anywhere in Australia. No hidden fees or handling costs.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your shipment. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
A: Contact us immediately with photos and details. We will replace damaged items or resend lost packages at no additional cost.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, Jackieskid ships only within Australia. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

A: We offer 30-day free returns on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Return shipping is completely free.

Q: How do I return an item?
